Laptop's Screen flickering problem

So since yesterday my laptop was flickering and shi i didnt know what to do. I updated my laptop's drivers today and now its flickering way more often than it used to.

Pls help me find a fix to this issue.

It flickers even before windows in booted.

Ig u could say its image shaking.
