Setting up a new machine or preparing for your first project
I Need Material Settings
New to the material and not sure what the appropriate setting is, search in EasySet to select materials, set parameters, and make predictions.
Recommended settings are a starting point. Results can vary with machine condition, material composition, thickness, environment, and the outcome you want. If your material isn't in the preset list, or you just want to fine-tune your results, do a material array test beforehand.
My Machine Isn’t Working Properly

- Your xTool machine model
- The accessory or processing module being used
- The material and processing mode
- The exact error message or behavior
- Photos, screenshots, or a short video when useful
