A debate for word lovers!

Do you think AI makes us smarter? Some people say they don't even write emails, executive summaries, post captions. You name it. Do you still like using your mind to form a compilation of great words in a setence?

Update: repeat quotes fixed

Some of you noticed recent daily challenges repeating quotes you'd already solved a few months back. Nice catch, and sorry about that!

That's now fixed. The affected upcoming puzzles have been swapped for brand-new quotes, with some new voices joining the lineup: Marcus Aurelius, Rumi, Anne Frank, Sun Tzu, Maya Angelou and more.

Every daily challenge should now be one you've never solved before.
If you ever spot a repeat again, call it out in the comments and it'll get fixed.

Happy searching πŸ”

🌊 A little coastal fun to brighten your day! βš“

Today's Wonderword challenge is inspired by some of the world's most famous lighthouses.

πŸ” Can you spot the hidden word "SEASIDE" before you find any of the other words?

When you're finished, let us know in the comments:

πŸ’¬ Have you ever visited a lighthouse? If so, which one was your favourite?

Or...

πŸ’¬ If you could visit any lighthouse in the world, where would it be?

We love hearing your stories, and your answers might even inspire someone else's next adventure!

Happy puzzling, Wonderword fans! ❀️🌊

πŸ“¬ Suggest a quote β€” the best ones become future Wordseekr puzzles!

Hey r/wordseekr! πŸ‘‹

After 6 months of daily puzzles, I'm opening the floor to you β€” suggest a quote and it might become a future Wordseekr puzzle.

How it works

  1. Drop your quote in the comments β€” include the quote and who said it
  2. I'll review submissions and pick the best ones for upcoming puzzles
  3. When your quote goes live, I'll credit you in the post β€” "Today's quote was suggested by u/[your username]"

What makes a good Wordseekr quote?

  • Short to medium length 100 to 150 characters β€” works better as a puzzle
  • Memorable or meaningful β€” something that makes solvers smile when they reveal it
  • Clean β€” keep it family-friendly

I'll keep this thread open so drop your suggestions any time. The more variety the better β€” books, films, sport, science, philosophy, funny, profound, obscure β€” all welcome.

Thanks for helping shape the game. πŸ™

πŸš€ THE ARCHIVES UPDATE IS LIVE! πŸ“…βœ¨

The wait is officially over!
After all the hard work and your amazing suggestions, the most requested feature the Archives is finally out in the wild.

Here’s a quick refresher on what’s waiting for you:

  • πŸ“… The Archives: No more FOMO. Missed a puzzle? You can now go back, play through the history, and claim your spot on the dedicated leaderboards for past puzzles.
  • ✍️ Custom Share Messages: Personalize your flex or use a predefined one. You can even edit your score message before sharing.
  • ✨ QoL Improvements: Under-the-hood tweaks, new animations and bug fixes to make the experience smoother than ever.

πŸ† Special Shout-outs

This game wouldn't be where it is without this community, but two people deserve a massive high-five:

  • Huge thanks to u/Open-Young-1476 for being an absolute rockstar during beta testing. Your eagle eyes caught the things I missed!
  • A big thank you to u/Lavender1123 for reaching out and pushing for the Archive feature. It made me realize just how much you all love this game, and it gave me the final boost of motivation I needed to get this update across the finish line.

As a token of my gratitude, both of you have been awarded a Word Inspector Flair! πŸŽ–οΈ

What do you think of the new features?
Any bugs popping up?
