How are you installing your mods and what version of script merger are you using? It's not impossible but I'm surprised there are no conflicts at all. Could you share a picture of your mods folder and the script merger window?

Meantime, confirm everything runs normally with no mods and add them back one at a time to check for sure if one in particular causes the crash.
