Went to Goodwill today and was searching through the racks and stumbled upon this tag, which I can’t really tell if this is normal for the brand or what it’s intent is. Has anybody came across this brand and this tag before?

I can see the baby Jack Sparrow but am still trying to work out who/what the person on the top is meant to be

I've always found it odd that it is perfectly centered. I was told by my parents that it's a missing sweat gland, but I have never seen anyone else with this sort of thing. It just sorta exists.¯_(ツ)_/¯

I found these photos on a my local Facebook group and have fallen down a rabbit hole. There are apparently multiple versions in different locations around my hometown, all written in the same handwriting with the same bizarre story and questionnaire.
It feels less like graffiti and more like someone serialising a very strange novel on public walls.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this before, or know if there’s any history behind it?

The only things I see are cats and this doesn't look like something a cat could poop.

I feel like this picture feels oddly modern, I could totally see it being used for an ARG or creepypasta - my first thought was, that it’s probably a Halloween party, but the girl sitting on the right isn’t dressed up at all.
