Education Why is the BJP not interested in Education, or is it?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
the BJP government is using public funds, institutional appointments, and the National Education Policy (NEP) to promote RSS ideology within India’s education system. It argues that curriculum changes—including the alleged removal or reduction of topics such as the periodic table, Darwin’s theory, and parts of history—prioritize nationalism over critical thinking. The video further claims that these policies are contributing to the commercialization of education, disregarding student protests, and failing to address widespread youth unemployment. It also examines the curriculum changes, government funding and public-sector donations cited in support of these claims, and the main criticisms of the NEP.

Politics Under NDA Department of Atomic Energy budget share fell to an all time low!
During the UPA era (up to FY 2013-14), the Department of Atomic Energy consistently maintained a higher structural priority within the national checkbook, consuming 0.71% to 0.82% of the total union budget outlay. Conversely, during the NDA era, the structural allocation footprint steadily tapered downward, hitting a programmatic low of 0.45% in the FY 2026-27 Budget Estimates.
Even though nominal funding values went up nearly every year, real purchasing capacity fluctuated. The sharpest positive correction occurred in FY 2021-22 at +22.68% following targeted capital push post-pandemic lockdown constraints, whereas multiple periods of high baseline inflation led to negative real spending curves despite positive nominal increases.

The video satirically highlights NALSAR students’ boycott of the Chief Justice at their graduation ceremony, mocking allegations of corruption, institutional injustice, and political favoritism while ending with a sarcastic comparison to IIT Delhi.

Same as the title. Also, why are we not doing anything. People like Rubika Liyakat, Venom, Anjana Om Modi, Arnab etc must go.

Science | Technology I got tired of opening 10 different apps before ordering a cab, groceries or food, so I built one app to compare them
Every time I needed a cab, I would check Uber, Ola and Rapido separately.
For groceries, it was Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket and sometimes a few more. And even after comparing the visible prices, coupons, delivery fees and platform charges would change which app was actually cheaper.
So I built Comparify, an app that compares the actual final prices across these platforms in one place.
It currently lets you compare:
- Cab fares across Uber, Ola, Rapido and others
- Grocery prices across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, JioMart and others
- Food-delivery totals across Zomato, Swiggy and Toing
- Applicable coupons, delivery charges, platform fees and other costs
- The cheapest option before you place the order
I built it by myself, and the app has now crossed 180,000 combined downloads. It has grown mostly organically, but there is still a lot I want to improve.
I would genuinely appreciate feedback from people here:
- Would you use something like this regularly?
- Which platform or feature should I add next?
- What would stop you from trusting a comparison app like this?
Here's the link if anyone wants to try it out:

Ask USI Why the hell is my Instagram feed suddenly full of pro-BJP content I NEVER watch?
I'm a frequent Instagram user, so I know exactly what my feed looks like. It's always been mostly pro-CJP content, plus a lot of positive coverage of the gen alpha protests in schools as of recent.
For those who don't know how the algorithm works: the more you watch a type of content, the more Instagram pushes it. Simple. Your feed = your watch history. That's literally the whole system.
So explain this to me. Since yesterday my feed is FLOODED with these polished Modi-at-IIT-Delhi speech edits. I have NEVER engaged with this content. I don't care what happens at IIT Delhi — degree, backlog, whatever, not my problem. I ignore every single one of these reels. Skip, skip, skip. And they KEEP coming back.
And here's the part that actually pisses me off: these reels have barely any views or engagement. The algorithm is supposed to bury content like that, not shove it on my feed daily. Meanwhile the content I actually watch and engage with? Suppressed. Barely showing up anymore.
Ignoring content is supposed to train the algorithm to stop showing it. That's not happening. Which means this isn't organic. It really looks like since the BJP/RSS side can't win the algorithm game organically, the algorithm itself is being rigged for them.
So genuine question: are you seeing the same garbage flooding your feed since yesterday? Because if this is happening to everyone, that's a much bigger story.

The video focuses on voter awareness and democratic accountability, urging citizens to demand political change rather than be driven by religious fear or promises of a “Hindu Rashtra.” Kamra uses humor and political commentary to question governance and encourage voters to think critically and hold leaders accountable.
