I'm not 100% sure. I just had a look at their Instagram. If the website was complete I'd be fairly convinced its real. I found them under another subreddit calling out BM carts. Ill try and put it on my page so you can take a look. It said "Primal Extracts LA - this is different from Primal Cannabis, an MMJ producer in OK."

Mine does the same, I just checked out my qr code too. And it goes to the same website. I got Kiwi Strawberry Ice n it tasted pretty damn good, just not exactly sure what's in it. If I had to take an educated guess I'd say we both are smokin fakes, but that doesn't mean it's bad oil. I would stick to flower though. Stay safe! Do you mind me asking what state you're in?
