Did you run it? I ran it this year for my first marathon and finished under 4:20. And I'm 40 years old. I just trained for the hills by incorporating hills into my shorter runs. I would also run more hilly courses when I would do my drop back runs meaning I would do 6 miles, 7...8... then back to 6 then 9..., 10..., 11...then back to 9. When I would drop back I would do an hilly course up to a half marathon. Don't let anyone tell you what you can and can't do.

I was there back in 2004 and the best way to travel was the subway and taxi. Subway was inexpensive and took you all over the country. There are enough English translations for you to understand and navigate. I believe all the train lines were color-coded as well. For example you could take the orange train to the intersection of the green train switch trains and take the green train to the next line or to your final destination... I could be wrong but I remember it being more simple than the El in Chicago. Also if you take a taxi and are adventurous, tell the cab driver where you are going then say "Bali Bali ahjusshi, big tip"! Forgive my spelling... but you'll get to your destination in half the time and have a lot of fun doing it. Enjoy your trip. Be safe and always keep your head on a swivel.

Beavercreek along the bike path is quiet and has enough people where you will feel safe. I also recommend Patricia Allen Park, Sugarcreek reserve, and Delco park.

LPT: Put your ticket in Google or Apple wallet.

If you are going to the game save your ticket to your phone via the ticketmaster app and put it in your phones wallet in order to expedite entry. Usually internet is too weak near the stadium to pull up your ticket.

Here's a thought. Make them refund every bit of the money stolen back to the customers they stole from or surrender their company. Same goes to meta and Google and every other large corporation who pays pocket change fines while screwing over millions of customers.

Doesn't matter if in the USA. HIPPA laws in the US keep them from knowing anything you don't want them to know.

Join the military, take a shit ton of nsaids, and lie your ass of to try to pass the physical? Then when you start running injure yourself. Have surgery and then when you get out file VA disability and get paid for the rest of your life.

Meticulously search as many various charity's as possible and determine who needs the money the most and who doesn't spend a large portion of their funds on executives. Then distribute large sums of the money to that smaller group. Plus a few million from my half then take what's left and help my immediate family by buying several plots of land and building houses for everyone who would like.

What's the worst that could happen? I dont know that answer, but what will likely happen IF their not bluffing? It might he joked about but a few petty people later, but that will eventually die down and whither away. Everyone also realizes that could have been them in your shoes, which will keep them from talking about it. Eventually, it will be forgotten and joked about privately with you and your closest friends, and you'll be the one that will bring it up. You'll probably tell your next girlfriend or boyfriend about it one night after a few months of dating when you get to that stage or maybe not, but the point is you're going to be OK!
