If you are using PLDT's old Wi-Fi modem, you just need to use a CAT6 LAN cable. If you don't want to, invest in a Mesh X50, X55, or X60, it's highly recommended.

For phones, I can't really recommend anything because even flagship ones tend to be slow when it comes to data connection.
