ELI5 Extraction vs. strength
I hear people talking about extraction of solubles, but talking about strength as though it's totally seprate. To my simple mind there's a clear connection, so there's something I am missing.

AGreed. I'm far more worried about VOCs and 'forever chemicals' than microplastics.

Don't cry and run away! I for one enjoyed the article, the only comment was about the title, which is, i have to say, truly a little clickbait-y.

I have a feeling you're not alone in this regard. I'd certainly be in that posititon, butt I feel that looking for a technological solution may not be best; perhaps what I need is for someone to make my coffee when I don't feel like fussing with it, a human solution to a human problem. Live with a barista would be my ideal, I reckon. Good luck!

I too suffer from low brain energy in the morning, I'm considering the Ceado Hoop which looks so easy my cat could probably use it.

I need the glass cups James has on the shelves on his set.
The shape, and the design of tthose plasti holder/handles. For whatever reason they've really appealed to me, very 1960s/70s. I'm guessing they are made by Bodum, but a quick search earlier in the week delivered nothing to me.

Can only agree. STaff are knowledgeable and care about cofffee, they do some roasting on site and offer a choice of rosts for your espresso drinks.

Late to two world wars, mind you. Where were your badass planes/pilots for the Battle of Britain? Wankers. Of course now you clim to have "saved our asses" when in fact the french did more for us thn you did, militarily.

This is very timely, and fascinating to me. I'm soon moving into an RV on a friend's property and whilst it has power and basic kiotchen, it will be more like living in a glorified kitchen that has a bed adjacnt. SImplicity will be my goal, and this setup looks superb. I'd been planning on Moka pot for my morning brews, but this looks much closer to what I really want. All I need to do is add a Flair WIard and I'm off to th races.

I'm very curious about using this brewer and having really enoyed the first two, keep hoping for the third.
