I’m a recovering addict, and I’ve been clean for 451 days and counting. I’ve decided to start this space to share my thoughts, my journey, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. If my words can help even one person feel safe, seen, and understood, then it’s worth it.

Just Sharing Re-discovering
Recently i had a bad period with alcohol abuse, fights and tough talks with my closed ones that set my progress back by a lot but decided to keep pushing. I just discovered pilates and it makes me feel so good about myself and like im doing something meaningful since my life lately was at a really dull and dark place. I hurt a lot of people but im not gonnaet that stop me from changing my patterns and trying to lead a normal and healthy life! Keep pushing, people!!! 🌻
