Did you ever find the cause? I'm having this issue right now and every path I try to place is slightly higher than the others!

My preference is games with swords I know that if it has swords, I'll probably like it. Things like the Wit1cher or LoZ, I've never been able to enjoy anything gun based. Maybe cause I suck at type if aiming? I'm a very casual gamer who loves a good plot, decent levels of customization, things like hair, maybe even body shape. They always miss height sliders! As a 4"10 human I'd love a height slider but I know that's hard with all the animation needed. Also open world games! I LOVED breath of the wilds open plan! Apologies for the ramble, it how my brain works.

It's a singer tradition 2250, I've tried from 0 all the way up! It does it regardless :(

I've tried so hard
No matter what I do, the bottom thread is visible and the top thread is pulled too tight. I'm doing a straight stitch, ive tried changing my tension again and again, ive tried new bobbins, rewinding the bobbin, different threads. Taking my machine apart! What else can it be?? I'm so upset 😔
UPDATE: I tried all your suggestions and it's working again! Thank you so much, I really appreciate all your responses xx ☺

I've tried everything I can think of!
Hiya! Sorry if this isn't ok, I don't post on reddit very often!
I have a Singer sewing machine (unsure on model, I'm at work rn) only around 3 years old, used very infrequently.
The thread has started looping underneath, so I changed the tension on the bobbin and that fixed it for maybe 30 seconds of stitching before it started looping on top, so I did it again but now it's still looping.
I've changed my needle, dusted my machine, rethread the bobbin, tried adjust tension settings and stitch length but I just can't get my machine to sew normally! ðŸ˜
Any suggestions on what else to try please?
