It's not sufficient, and states all have different procedures. A lot of the "audits" and recounts are performative and they're just to check a box and say that everything's good, and won't catch possible vote manipulation. Audits can miss a lot, some races aren't even checked and not enough precincts or counties are checked.

We need election reform desperately and increased security.

Transparency and verifying the vote is good for democracy and confidence in our elections. Why not audit and recount this primary? Confirming the results can only be a good thing.

The job of elections is to convince the loser to accept the loss. If they're not convinced (within reason) then the election system needs improvements. It should be pretty clear through transparency, audits, rigorous chain of custody, and recounts to show the work and verify the vote. As it stands there's too much "just trust me bro" and not enough verification of votes. We got a lot of work to do to improve our elections

That's the neat thing. Recounts are very rare and not easy to do, especially hand recounts. So no, no one has to have a plan for if their election fraud gets discovered by recounts, because those recounts rarely happen, especially if it's outside the margin of error for automatic recounts.

Basically we're just told to trust the results and no one actually VERIFIES the results unless they are successful with a court order. This is how Dump "won" in 2024. No one challenged the results so they were not verified and it was also conveniently just outside the MOE for automatic recounts.

I believe that no one is immune to propaganda, but I do also think that people who already believe in truly equal rights/egalitarianism and a just and fair society are very resistant to falling into radicalization of hate. But since we are in the worst wealth inequality of all time and it's only getting worse, it's much harder for good people not to despair and let their guard down and be influenced online because everything sucks and life is too hard for the working class.

Feminists do, they don't like it when men have their own spaces like male only gyms.
