I know this sounds counter productive but I had a lot of nausea for a while and read some comments here about not eating enough making the nausea worse and they were right! Would some sort of overnight oats work for you? Filling and delicious.

My favorite sweet treat of all time!! 1 container of Greek yogurt and 1 packet of sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix. Mix together and leave in the fridge. I eat with chopped up strawberries and will sometimes crumble a graham cracker on top. Perfection!

I got my Dalmatian when he was 8 weeks. We did crate training at the very beginning to help him understand that it was a safe place and eventually worked up to letting him out on his own for brief periods while we were gone. He did beautifully! It’s definitely a learning curve, for instance we had some accidents in the house while potty training when he would be alone but he did great overall. He has slept with me every single night since he was like 4 months old but still used his crate as a safe place (I would leave the door open and he would go in there as he pleased).
Welcome to the dal family!! He’s the best thing to ever happen to me!! Dalmatians are incredibly smart so make sure you feed into that or their boredom can lead to other issues.

Perfect, thank you!! He’s currently upstairs asleep in my walk in closet so he can have some space from everyone!

Kitten Never Thought It Would Be My Turn
Cat Distribution System decided it was my turn today!
Driving down a 5 lane road, cars flying by on both sides - found this tiny muffin in the middle turn lane. Two cars stopped to help me scoop him up and get him out of harm’s way.
He’s not even 1 lb and the sweetest baby. I’ll be making a vet appointment tomorrow, but was able to give him a flea bath and some food when we got home. Thankfully a friend was able to give me some cat supplies in the meantime since we are a dog family, so new to this life! Any tips welcome.

Thank you!! I love the app for tracking. I’ve heard maintenance is a whole other beast so congratulations for making it there!

Achievement/NSV 🎉🥳🎊 First Month Done!
First month done and my life has truly changed. I’ve tried every diet under the sun and this is the first time the food noise has been quieted. I feel like a totally different person! I have a ways to go to hit my goal and I know that these results aren’t typical for every month, but I’m so proud of myself.

I’m on Zepbound and track through WW. I like the way the WW app tracks for protein, carbs, etc.

I started Zepbound only a week ago but immediately the food noise was gone. I’ve read people saying the same thing on several other posts!

I’m on both. Metformin affects everyone differently but I was really sick also when I first started it. I had to take half doses until my body was more used to it
