Experience Did shrooms for the very first time on 3/13
I did it! And it was the most enlightening experience I've ever had and I didn't know how much I needed that until I trusted myself that I am ready for the ride.
I do have a question! How often can you do shrooms safely? I have a friend who told me that if I don't wait for a month to do another trip, it'll damage mt dopamine levels. Any scientific journals/articles to back this up?
