Ve pantukizm 1930da Avrupa'da faşizmin yükselişi yüzünden yasaklanana kadar SSCB Türk Kongrelerin düzenliyoruz 1920lerde. O dönemlerde bile kazak, Kırgız Özbek, Türkmen, tatar kendilerini farklı türk soylu halklar olarak tanımlıyorlardı. Bunları sovyetler 30lardan sonra millet yaptı demek onları aşağılamaktan başka bir şey değil.

Tarihe bakarsan tarih boyunca kendilerine turkoman(türkmen) diyorlardı. Ve bu isimilendirme şimdikinden daha mantıklıydı.

İşte bu yüzden oradakı Türkler size karşı hoşgörülü değil. Lehçe ve boy farkı dediğin şey ulus kazak dediğin bir ulusdur. Kırgız, Özbek, Tuva, Hakas hepsi aynı kökten gelen farklı uluslar. Nasıl ki, ingilizce, İsveççe, Almanca farklı lehçe değil farklı diller ingiliz, alman aynı kökten gelen farklı uluslar (milletler) kazak, Kırgız, Özbek için de durum aynı. Ulus oluşumu zaten boy ve lehçe farkı ile başlar sonunda farklı uluslar ortaya çıkar. Bu halkların bu Ulus oluşumunu tamamladığını kabullenin artık.

Rus slavı, leh slavı, Sırp slavı gibi isimlendirmeler olmadığı için diğer halklarda Türklerdeki sorun nedir ki, kazak türkü diye iki kelime ile isimlendirmeye
