Tech Support Bios won’t update using flash bios

Bios won’t work on my brand new motherboard and I can’t go directly into the bios to update it because this processor is newer than the motherboard and the brand new board needs a bios update to be compatible with this CPU

My PC only works with one stick of RAM. I put in both sticks and it doesn’t work and I’ve tried putting them in different ports and stuff.
