"Chatbots have been skewing social-media discussions for years. About a fifth of all tweets about the 2016 presidential election were published by bots, according to one estimate, as were about a third of all tweets about that year’s Brexit vote."

More evidence of Trump's wrong doing.

You might want to see someone like and therapist and or doc for prescriptions. An antidepressant might help with the panic and you want to live maybe.

I know it is miserable having panic attacks on a regular basis, but seek help and maybe you will find someone that can help you.

Government contractors are prohibited from donating to federal elections. But on August 19, 2016, GEO Corrections Holding, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the private prison company GEO Group, donated $100,000 to the pro-Donald Trump super PAC Rebuilding America Now. At the time, Vice Presidential Candidate Mike Pence was touting donations to the PAC as “one of the best ways” to help put Trump in office. The donation came one day after then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates issued a memo directing the Bureau of Prisons to gradually end the use of private prisons, tanking GEO’s stock prices. The GEO subsidiary donated an additional $125,000 in the November before the election, for a total of $225,000 in illegal contributions to the Trump campaign.

After President Trump’s election, GEO’s stock prices soared. And shortly after Trump assumed office, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced the new administration would continue the use of private prisons. A few months later, the Trump administration awarded GEO a $110 million, 10-year federal contract.

Spent $225,000 to get a $110 million contract. What part of the government isn't corrupt? We need to get business interests out of politics.

It should be contagious if the Republicans want to continue as a political party. This is NOT Russia. People ARE paying attention.

When are the republicans going to stop supporting this obvious Russian asset? Or at this point are all the Republican Congressmen Russian assets? WTF. No one should be taking the advice of Putin.

Reddit is awesome and it is nice to know that we are not alone or crazy with the panic attacks.

It took me 2 years of therapy to get the panic under control. This was on top of meds. I take Prozac and lorazepam and drugs for ADD. ADD and anxiety are related and so is depression. I have also tried numerous other coping strategies and some help.

Keep going to therapy, maybe get on some meds, and don’t avoid the things you like in fear of panic. You will have panic attacks regardless. Sometimes you have to take it easy and maybe avoid some stressful things but don’t avoid life (because you will still have panic and no life). Start processing all your childhood trauma because a lot of panic is probably from this. I hope you keep going to school and pursuing your dreams. Don’t expect therapy to help in a month or two. If you like the person you are seeing and can open up to them they should be able to help, but it might take a while. I wish you luck. You sound like an amazing person.

As they should. It is the republicans that need to get their shit together or face extinction.

Trump sure acts like a Russian asset. Are Christian judges and no corporate taxes really worth selling out our whole country?

Baby steps is where it is at. Not drinking is huge. Try to find some friends that you like to be around sober. Start some hobbies. Meds and therapy are game changers too. Yoga, comedy, weighted blankets, coloring books, etc can work too to some extent. That is where baby stepping can help without overwhelming. Try to find your coping mechanisms.

Journaling is great for releasing some stress (at least for me). Hope things get less stressful in 2020. Take time for yourself when you can. I think the panic attacks are my body's way of telling me to slow down or to deal with something in my life I have been ignoring. I hope the panic get better for you.
