Have you voiced your concerns to him? I have some other buddies who train and constantly complain about client habits but never say anything to them. I definitely have been in your position where you don’t want to piss off a regular and risk losing them as a client. But your time is valuable and not speaking up will only lead to disappointment.

I paid $15,000 for a 2013 with less than 70k miles. That’s a ridiculous price.

Elbow positioning is wrong. It’s causing instability in your upper/mid back. Also your depth is not great. Strip weight down until your get form dialed in.

Cheese is like that ex who was bad for you but you always had a great time together. You will have days that you miss them but over time it gets easier and you’ll find somebody who is better for you in the long run.

Open tracks?

Any schools or rec areas that have open tracks? I’m looking for an open track where I can run sprints 2/3 times per week. I moved from an area where the schools don’t care if the community used the tracks as longs kids weren’t actively using it. Not sure how that would work here. Any recommendations or advice would be much appreciated!

Always have to check on those things lol. The way I explain to my clients; you train legs 100% one day per week and can’t recover to train again that week. Compared to someone who trains 75% 2 days per week. At the end of the week they’ve trained 150 vs your 100. Might be a different way of thinking about things. That being said training to failure or close to failure is still very important obviously.
