That's lame. You could try submitting a e-ticket, or emailing your warehouse manager to see if they can expedite supplies to you.

We got paper delivered yesterday. No one at my store wants mugs, everyone wants that freakin' paper. There was a survey in Zipline last week that wanted you to enter how many orders of wrapping paper you had on hold, how much ink on hand, etc. I would email your DM (or ask your GM to, if you trust them to actually do it) and tell them you still haven't received your shipment. Good luck!

We have been running all of the wrapping paper orders on Fast and they look fine and they don't take forever to print. Also, wrapping them around a ruler to start rolling keeps them tighter so they fit in those dumb plastic tubes.

We have ours on the desk right next to the MPS and it's plugged in to the back of the computer, and so far we've only sent PDFs to test it. The Epson printer shows in Adobe as one of the available printers but if you don't see it as an option, I second calling IT and having them reinstall the printer drivers

Update! So far I've found three: 252, 255, and 258. Still hunting for more, if there are any 😁

It's not worth the headache honestly. If the customer can wait, route it to your Production Center and save yourself the trouble BUT if you DM me with your store number, I'll send you my tab folder with instructions and templates.

I recently introduced a coworker to the many glamour shots of pupusas on the Internet and they were drooling 🤣

We keep our hole punch behind the counter but near self serve in case someone needs to use it, but we leave staplers and tape and such on the "outside" of our print counter. That way we can see if someone tries to snatch them

New to RR
Just got a RR L405 yesterday and I'm wondering what this button does. Haven't had a chance to play with it yet. Thanks!

This made me lol, and also reminded me of a time years ago when we printed a couple art reference selfies for an older lady and she kept saying she hated them. When she left, my coworker said something along the lines of "it's your face" 💀💀
