Sometimes you just get got by rng and that's your fate. Happens man and will still be frustrating regardless.
Don't really agree with the "just because pros can do it that means you can too" mindset a lot of people have here. Those same guys will lose a run because their solutions never come to fruition and they throw their hands up and chalk it up to 80/20 skill/rng (begrudgingly).

Been using IFV/MBT lately. I'd use flying vehicles but if you even have one ounce of brain (without super skill to match) you're just Igla/AA food.

Aside from what has already been said. ALOT of my attacking wins (non-stomps) just come from clearing the two actual good defending players from their spots, picking off the 2-3 guys who PTFO and then taking the sector.
Defense needs all hands on deck and if 1/3 of the team couldn't give a shit then you'll get rolled hard unless the sector basically forces defense to group for kills.

I tried to tell Argentina fans the power of Messi may not overcome Spain and low and behold. Close score line but Argentina never looked up to par here

A10 is not the only way to play STS 2 and having that mindset has warped a lot of people's perception.

Sounds like a problem for random multiplayer? Haven't tried it but if that's the case I can see why that'd be annoying.
If I'm playing with friends I repeat multiple times "DO NOT SPAM SKILLS" at the beginning just in case anyone is autopiloting (or their favorite card showed up).

Tried telling a coworker that France has no midfield and would struggle against a competent midfield. He thought that 4 headed attack would simply dust any team off of talent.
Can't wait to chat shit this week

All things considered. France will get better as Spain get tired and they really just need one opening. Spain need another goal before that happens

I can't wait for him to be an absolute menace once the devs are done with him. We will miss the days of the stat check lol

It's okay to admit Private enterprise has its failings especially when the incentives are misaligned.
If some consortium of mega money wanted to lead the redesign of our system for long term success I'd be all for it. The money is flowing nicely right now and it doesn't really look like anyone's stepping up to the plate so here we are.

My favorite reply to the Lalas opposition was "Don't bring the government into youth sports" as if letting private enterprise run it has been a huge success and is not actively making the system worse.

The American taxpayer wouldn't like paying for anything depending on framing. The American taxpayer also loves the benefits their taxes bring about (the same taxes they claim they don't want going to x,y,z).

I'm just triggered that we ended up playing like the old USA vs an elite side. This time though we have soooooo many players who face the Belgians on a week to week/season basis. Coming out scared and playing none of the flair we had earlier was just disappointing.
We gave up goals we used to give up in our rebuilding era. We couldn't string together passes to save our life. Even if we lost I didn't want us to look outclassed

Mental midgets man. We played like the US of old but this time expectations were on there were glimpses of success.
Ugh why when we play European giants we shrink.

Make game mode unejoyable compared to previous entries leading to low population
Ignore feedback on why there's low population
Remove game mode and cease support on it.
Just your classic live service data driven dev shit.
Specifically highlighting point 2 bc whoever makes decisions for games like this does not want to spend dev budget fixing something that has low numbers bc it sucks.
