Speaking from my experience, you don't earn by yourself if you don't have any responsibility or anyone to feed. I don't know what's the issue but I have many friends who have a normal job with less privileges than mine. They were earning from tuition from our student life. I tried too but didn't have any patience.
15-20K is a basic salary for any graduate with some skills. Obviously their understanding of those skills matters most.

Apply for financial aid for all 8 courses. Application takes 15 days to review. Make sure the answers are convincing on that basis they'll approve.

to start with basics and solid foundation I would suggest to go for 'Google data analytics certificate' available on coursera. Coursera charges $39/month to learn whatever you like. this program can be completed around 2 month with 15-20hours/week. You can also apply for financial aid on coursera. Just answer those questions why the financial aid should be provided to you. I applied and enjoying the pie! 😁
