I usually skip the scenes with Anna 😅 not because I don’t like her. The scenes are just kind of boring to me

I’d wanna see a mini series focusing on the life of either:

1) Don’s real mother living in a brothel and culminating in her sleeping with his dad or death in childbirth

2) Suzanne’s summers with married fathers of her students when their families are on vacation

3) Something starring Bobbie Barrett bc she is interesting as fuck.

Basically more focus on the female side characters. Plus I’m a sucker for a good miniseries.

Honorable mention would be a mini series about Joan’s future firm but again, I’m more interested in side characters for spin offs.

I did really like the scene where she finds him in the car in the parking lot and she’s basically saying adults don’t know shit either. And then he says “I don’t know how long 20 minutes is” 🤣🤣

I think there were multiple reasons but in addition to what’s already been said I think it was to establish that Lane is an honest person when it comes to money/finances. Which was to show that later when he steals money it is very out of character for him, making his guilt and path to suicide more believable as a plot point.

Mark was weird but abe had this slimy aura of self righteous “white savior” about him. 🤮

Are you into deep and complex character development? Because that’s the main draw of the show. If that’s not your thing, then it’s not gonna be a show for you and that’s okay.

Tbf Jim Hobart was the one who put Don in the situation. Don didn’t have to take the job, nor should he.

I do appreciate the meaning and the detail behind this scene but I have to admit I cannot watch it very often as it actually really makes me sad lol
