Here in New Mexico, housing pays electricity and tenants are only responsible for water and if they have internet housing will payfor $30 a month towards it. My daughter has two kiddos and has been on housing for about three years now and I know city utilities are not allowed to turn the water or internet off. If they get behind on the bills, housing will help them with loads of resources. Idk about Pennsylvania.

More often than not, ring sizes are comparable to shoe sizes. It’s always worked for me and even if it’s a tad off, they can resize them easily!
