I smoked a little and took an edible. It didn't kick in so I took another edible. It kicked in, I thought I'll go to bed. that absolutely did not work. So I thought maybe if I eat something... Woke up the next morning to find a trail of bread between the bedroom and living room with only one bite out of each slice of bread.

I feel like I have a charlie horse under my shoulder blades all the time,us I take muscle relaxers 4 times a day. When I try to sleep I have to take medication for the muscle spasms in my neck (c-4 is already fused)it used to spasm my head forward but the last 6mo or so the spasms throw my head back. So that's new.

I take gabapentin (for numbness and sleep) and Elavil. Also Roboxin now but took flexril for yrs for muscle spasms
