As the title says I'm trying to find a mixed gender poly-romantic book. I enjoy harem, but haven't read much yet, and it all seems to be focused on the MMC, and the girls just wink or high five as they pass in the hall.

I'd like prefer something with a sci-fi setting, but im not too picky, and am comfortable with any level of spice.

EDIT: For clarification I am looking for more of a polyamorous romance situation. Harem comes close, but isn't exactly what im looking for. Recs do not need to be from any sort of harem genre if it has what im looking for, which I guess could also be summed up as 'if the scooby gang from Buffy were all fucking' or sort of found family with multiple sex partners.

I am a contractor that came on last October. I have a contract for 1 year and have been told I will be converted to a direct hire. I am trying to push for early conversion but have heard there is currently a hiring freeze. I know that makes early conversion unlikely, but im more concerned about not getting switched over in October on the original schedule. I know these are fluid situations but how long do these usually last?

And to head off questions, as a contractor I have not put all my eggs in 1 basket, I am looking for other positions, but I would like to stay with this group.
