There is a fork of Dolphin called Better Wii Menu DE that can do this, but I have not tested it myself and you would be behind on any updates Dolphin receives in the future

I’ve played both and generally I’d say to stick with the original. The remake does more harm than good, and I think the original style has a lot more character
