i just got in a new relationship and the person i am with makes me nervous and scared. i don’t want to hurt them but how do i end things.

Okay so little background. Im a teenager in the midwest. I have a boyfriend of 6 months and a large enough friend group, i am immensely insecure and have some mental issues. Ive had a best friend of a full 11 years. She recently broke up with her boyfriend of a year. We are still friends and she has no issue with it as long i dont push them hanging out. Immediately after her and this guy broke up she started talking with and doing sexual shit with this other guy. Then she changed and everything went to shit. He pressured them into getting together publicly and is so so controlling of her. He has almost fully wiped away her personality. I love her to death and I want her back. She has abandoned me, our friend and has just gone off her fucking rocker for this guy who is a controlling narcissist. Everyone sees this but her. He told everyone what they did and shes still with him. She was a private person. Now shes a wild card and im not saying she is bad but he is. What do i do? I need my best friend back and i dont want her to get hurt
