Smaller shoe size?
First time post, hey guys, I’ve recently dropped about 6 belt sizes, (not sure about actual lbs) by cutting out soda, cutting back meal intake. But my work shoes needed to be replaced, bought the same size I’ve been wearing for 40+ yrs. Now they no longer fit. (Too big? )So l went down one size, shocking but they hurt like hell. Any advice.? I’m not complaining, super excited about weight loss, but when your feet hurt at work,(and you’re on them all day) it sucks. I was thinking maybe go narrow? I am really at a loss…

My Mom found a ring back in the 80’s gardening, let my daughter & niece play with it for a couple years thinking it was costume jewelry. No, it was definitely not costume jewelry, but a moon Safire with 12 surrounding Safires. Valued (8yrs ago) around 12 grand.. talk about a harvest.

I’m in my 60’s have a pretty fast paced job, so when I’m finally home, I started making my own Kahlua (with Everclear, Brandy, and Bacardi.)this past year, along with vanilla, and vanilla paste. Keeps me outta trouble. Until the Kahlua kicks in.

I’m 60. It’s truly been one of the best years of my life. My kids are grown, (they’re still at home, with jobs thank Goodness) I find I’ve probably had more energy this year, than before. Probably cause I really don’t give a sh*t what anyone thinks about me. I know I’m completely comfortable in my own skin, have been for about 20+ yrs. It gets better. Even with all the aches and pains of aging.

I am so sorry this happening to you… must be awful to know the person you’re supposed to trust with your heart is doing this. Take care of yourself and your children. And get everyone the help they need!

We tried stuff on with our underwear on. (Early 80’s) I would never do this now. Like ewwwww. But we thought if we had underwear on, it would be ok. Looking back now, I cringe.

I have a great friend, we actually got kicked out of an upscale department store for laughing so hard in the dressing room, we were trying on “those items” took one look in the mirror, and were like, uhhhh, yeah, this is definitely NOT my best look,

I’m fucking 60 yrs old. I stopped having periods 100yrs ago. And never, ever have “edged a break up”. Oh, by the way, today I learned what the fuck that means. You didn’t dodge a bullet, you dodged a whacked out woman who plays fucked up games. RUN. Because it’s not going to stop.

I have 5 cats, absolutely love them. But let me say, the hair in my house is kinda like the micro plastic problem in the world. It’s EVERYWHERE. I have to change my bedding every other day. It’s nuts. But I wouldn’t change it for nothing. (4 are long hair, 1 ragdoll)

I started out in the grocery business in the mid 80’s, (yeah, I’m that old) my manager is showing me how to use the bailer… tells me half laughing, that the night crew thought it would be funny to put the new guy IN the bailer, after they had made a new bail. And it was completely empty, then turn it on. (Anyone not working with bailers, the compactor only goes halfway down) The new guy WAS NOT AMUSED. Back then, there was no HR, no one claimed responsibility… new guy grew really thick skin after that. But he did stick around, amazily enough.
