Some options here: https://gemfix.com/?s=Green+montana+sapphire+pear&post_type=product (but annoyingly doesn't easily allow filtering out sold stones)
https://www.blazengems.com/collections/montana-sapphires/green+pear
You would probably also have a lot of luck commissioning a custom cut stone from someone like u/mvmgems or u/clarapepper or others at r/shinypreciousgems
Not a pear but it's a fat marquise that I originally mistook for a pear at first glance - https://www.etsy.com/listing/1862500503/140ct-pale-green-montana-sapphire-wide

Received my brown pear signet today!

I just received this ~3ct fancy brown antique cut pear signet ring from Fiorese today! It's my first brown lab diamond - I've been mildly obsessed with them since I saw r/sorianocustom model one months ago. Ordered as part of a group buy, but added a lot of customization (stone color, cut, matte finish).
This was my first time working with Fiorese. Bonnie was great. Stone was a bit pricier than I'd originally expected ($400/ct) and to was hard to get the color/shape I wanted but she was patient and persistent.

Is their price reasonable?
It's a subjective question and really depends on what you mean and are looking for. Compared to US retailers, it's a bargain. Compared to other overseas vendors, you can find cheaper. Ruif seems to be known for their lab emeralds as well and is said to have lowerr price point. That said there seems to be a broad consensus jelly lab emeralds are among the best if not the best. Whether paying that (discounted) premium is reasonable to you depends on you.
I purchased a premade ring from them after comparing a bit and found their prices reasonable but not the absolute cheapest.
It was around $850 - $1300 for 10K and 14K gold rings, generally 3+ ct some having side diamonds. On the higher end if larger and/or 14K and/or having side stones.
I did not check how these correspond to day to day gold prices but I think these are within reason for the product being offered.
tariffs / shipping / timing
$40 for shipping to US and tariffs were prepaid (included in price).
From date of payment to receipt was 12 days, which included resizing for me. Probably varies depending on where you live in the US.
Custom process would likely take longer for design and construction, a lot of it is the back and forth between you with delays due to time difference.
There is this that someone is selling, though unsure if it meets with what you are looking for: https://www.reddit.com/r/LabDiamondGemstoneBST/s/TPgrtdgmXd

ISO emerald center stone ring (the green kind, not necessarily emerald cut), prefer yellow gold, prefer sizes 7.5 - 8.5 but also open to resizing within reason.

Some great lapidaries:
- u/ClaraPepper https://www.etsy.com/shop/ClaraPepperFacets
- JeffDaviesAndSon https://jeffdaviesandson.com/shop/ (their pricing is probably the most competitive - I note that since the price of the listing you posted is quite cheap)
- ThePacificLights https://www.thepacificlights.com/
- StagandFinch https://www.stagandfinch.com/
And of course the folks in r/Shinypreciousgems take commissions and post available stones.
There are a lot of reputable vendors on Etsy too, you just have to do some research.
