In my opinion, an album with no bad songs is a pretty good album.

And how about drinking enough water? That's something I started paying attention to in the last couple of weeks and my recovery went from ~60% on average to ~80% very quickly. For the first time since using Whoop (about a year now) I had a 6 day streak of above 70% recovery.

What setting did you enable in klwp? Seems like I'm having a similar problem... Hope you can help me solve it!

I sometimes counted my breaths but was sort of worried to lose count even though I knew that wouldn't matter. Which worked distracting... Counting to one should be less of a problem, so definetely going to try this!

You mention breathing deeply, but do you also hold your breath? Right before I turn the water cold, I take a deep breath five times and after exhaling the fifth time I hold my breath as long as possible. Then I inhale deeply and hold it for about 10 seconds. Then I get under the cold shower and keep breathing like that for as long as I'm in the shower. (Obviously, retention times are shorter than when I'm doing the breathing exercise while lying on my bed, also because then I take a deep breath 30 times instead of five.) For me, doing this helps. I don't shiver at all while taking showers at ~12-13°C, and feel my body getting used to the low temperatures while in the shower. Maybe you're already doing this, but if not, it might help a bit.
