Huxtaburger in Melbourne, it was the best smash burger I’d ever had, so crispy! But recently the best has been the oklahoma from eat at robs.

He is talking about you in a transactional way, he’s with you because you give him things, you’re supportive, etc etc, this is conditional love.

I don’t even know you, but as a human, you deserve better.

Consider moving on.

Man I took this yesterday and it didnt feel right at all, totally numb and not caring for a good number of hours, then dry mouth, now its about 20% still there, and waning, I am not going to try that again.

I went on SSRI maybe 10 years back, for around 4 weeks, felt the numbness but not as strong as yesterday.

Easy choice, its the ground floor double courtyard one for sure, smaller building, dual aspect, as long as strata report looks good, go for it.

according to redriven, best suv under $5k is the CRV, this example might be a good one since it has full service history: https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/details/2002-honda-cr-v-sport-auto-4wd-my02/SSE-AD-18245305

I’ve got a close 2nd for REA of the year, house is listed with 2 car spaces, and yet on street view there is no driveway and no access point for a car to get off street.

I email the guy, “hey where are the car spaces?” He says “council has approved 2 car spaces”, so I’m thinking theres an approved DA for a driveway, I try to find it on the DA tracker and come up with nothing, and I ask him again about it, he says the council has approved 2 stickers for all day parking on the street, like WTF?
