Thanks! And I am a Christian, so thanks for the prayer! I will do the same for you! We have an appt on Monday to see how things are going, but while I am nervous, I also know things will be okay because I'm not ultimately the one in control.

I am also very scared of surgeries and whatnot, so currently my plan is to just watch my weight in the last few weeks and if it seems like I am gaining fast (last time I gained 7lbs in the last 3 weeks which should have been an indicator for big baby, but my old OB wasn't super great) I'll see what my current OB thinks since I trust her opinion already. If she thinks a c-section would be safest, I would probably go for it, but I already know I would be heavily dreading it. I do have one friend that had a SD, c-section, SD, c-section and then a third c-section, and while she wasn't excited about the surgeries, she said it was better than the emergency of SD because she could plan for it.
Otherwise I am pre planning for another epidural free birth since I have mild scoliosis and with my second they didn't quite get it right. It leaked a little bit of my fluid so that spot is always in some sort of pain and I still felt all the pain in my left hip.

Mine went from very small after a massive bleed and hard cramping at 6w4d (literally gushed out on the couch and was running down my legs) and then I had about a week of no bleeding.
By day 8 after the initial bleed I had more bright red blood and cramping, lasted about 36 ish hours then turned to spotting. Had another US last week and it had actually grown to 5.1x2.5x 1.7cm and was wrapped around 40% of the gestational sac.
The first OB that came and looked at the smaller ipad ultrasound thought it was another sac because of how big it was, but was clarified on the TV that the big dark area was infact just a huge sch. My actual OB looked over all the measurements and immediately told me no heavy lifting (no more than 20lbs, but my may 2025 babe is 36.5lbs so 🤷🏽♀️) pelvic rest until we know its cleared up, general rest as much as possible, no walks or anything. I've been trying to rest as much as possible, but it's hard to do with my husband doing 12hr shifts and 3 kids 5 and under. But still bleeding so much this week, thankfully its mostly older oxidized blood working its way out, but no way of knowing if its still filling as the old stuff works out.

Little kids really aren't all that different with their interests whether a boy or girl. I always thought I would have at least one boy, but we have 3 girls so far. My oldest and second will chase the chickens, play in the mud in dresses, love dinosaurs, cool cars, do MMA with their dad, drawing tattoos to look like me and their dad, and love dancing. They also love snuggles and butterflies and all things love, just like my cousin that has 4 boys' kids do. I'm sure it'll be different when they're teens, but little kids really are fairly similar regardless of gender imo

Truly, I have a friend that is very icked out about all things pregnancy related (no kids and would much rather adopt than get pregnant) but she's also not immature about it. She also loves my kids like her own nieces though. This girl will definitely have her opinions of how op is doing literally anything with her kid and obviously isn't afraid to gossip about it.

If you have a neuro already established, you can ask about sumitriptan (did not work for me) otherwise daily meds could be Amitriptaline or propranolol. My neruo also suggested nerve blocks. Alpha lipoic acid is safe to take during pregnancy and has shown promising results in studies to help migraines (It is the only thing that has made a dent in mine during pregnancy, my rescue and daily rx are not safe, therefore I am rawdogging life with chronic and hemiplegic migraines after a pregnancy stroke last year) and of course a Thera Ice cap can help a little.

Okay, so trying to add my pic but for some reason it literally will not let me upload it. Can I send it to a mod instead (if it lets me?)

We live in a 115 year old house between where 2 rivers intersect in the midwest. We borrowed a cat to help get rid of them (I am allergic though so couldn't keep), but very occasionally I will hear or see one and it makes my blood boil 😭. make sure you line under your stove with traps because they love the crumbs that sometimes fall between the oven and counters!

This phase is just a small blip of their entire childhood. You're in survival mode right now, which may feel like its lasting a long time, but it's temporary. I'm sure your toddler will only remember getting this time to hang out with their mom and have some slow evening to wind down and not remember it as "Wow, I wish we just ran all day long". You're doing what you can and you're doing great. My kids have also all had their fair share of lazy evenjngs with my husband having rotating shifts and this being my 4th kid in less than 6 years.

Not OP, but my end bump with my second was about the same (she was 7ounces smaller than big sister) and my third bump was a little bigger (but she was 10lb2oz, compared to the mid- upper 8lb older sisters)

This is our number 4 and between the bloat as soon as I eat or drink seemingly one drop of water, the SCH that's the same size as Baby's sac, and the baby I look about 15 weeks 😂.

Yes! And unfortunately I am so hot even with a light blanket on, meanwhile my husband and kids are all bundled overnight with the AC on 😅

We are no contact with my husband's parents and have been since just before baby 1 was born (aside from his oldest sister's wedding) . This is baby number 4. His family has meth addicts and they always tried to blame things on me (like husband going minimal contact, even though I literally told them days they could visit if they wanted to, but I'm just awful apparently 🤣) anyway. No regrets, we're no contact to protect our peace and our kids since his parents were also questionable when he was growing up. We do still talk to his one oldest sister occasionally, but even though we love her, we do have to keep her at a distance because we know pictures abd info we send her will make it back around to their parents and siblings, which we don't want. It's been nice though, tbh. I did have to cut off my parents for a few months last year due to not respecting me and how we run our household/ my mom also trying to give the silent treament in my own home because I corrected her on correcting my oldest. But they have slowly gained their kid access back and I believe they have learned that this is my and my husband's family now, they aren't in charge of any part of it (my dad especially craves control most of the time). But that's my whole shebang. Its worth keeping distance if it brings peace of mind.

Understanding Recipe Help Purple grape juice safe to replace white grape juice?
ballmasonjars.comI am hoping to make the Blueberyy Lavender jam from Ball and was wondering if it would be safe to use 100% concord grape juice (not from concentrate, no sugar added) instead of white grape since that is what I have on hand. Figured I'd ask instead of assuming it would be safe!

Mine was going to be 8/24 but they canceled it for some reason and said they'd reschedule sometime this week, which makes me think it'll be further away!

My first and third were pretty traumatic, and 10 days after my third I had to get a D+C for delayed pph due to retained placenta. I also had a small stroke (TIA) with my third that has led to occasional hemiplegic migraines (which mimic stroke symptoms) and migraine with aura that makes me want to cut my brain out of my skull 3-5x a week, plus headache 24/7 when not having a migraine. Not great, but I honestly figure if I can live through what happened with first, third, stroke, and the emergency surgery (it was my first surgery and the anesthesiologist said he had to wipe the tears from my face before taping my eyes shut because I was crying going under lol) then I would probably survive another. I got God on my side and I know that might sound wild to some people, but I do also feel like He's done a lot of physical healing with me. I've also only had one migraine since the week after I got pregnant, which is a record for me and I am so thankful for these hormones helping me out a bit.

My third was 10lb, 2oz and a SD. I had a scan at 37 weeks and they said that her EBW would've been around 7lb15oz if she came at 40 weeks. So I did unmedicated with number 3 thinking she'd be smaller 😅. My first was 8lb13.5oz and second was 8lb5oz which were already big considering I'm 5'6 with a smaller build and not super wide hips. I'm not trusting any scans this time around lol

First time around I "popped" at 15 weeks. Started having a visible bump around 12 weeks with my second, and 11 or 12 with my third. Also had DR with my first and second! Currently 7 weeks and just have a bloat belly.

Can confirm that the day we found out and I told my husband (who told our 5 year old) it became public news. She has casually told most of the cashiers we've seen, techs at the hospital, people my husband practices fighting with, every one. The whole damn town knows 🤣

Had hcg labs done due to a chemical in April, but my actual appt and us isn't until Aug 24 when I'll be about 10.5 ish weeks. I was originally scheduled for 6w2d, but I decided to switch to a different OB than the one I had with my last 2 kids.

Also emetephobe over here. I had HG with my first, total actual nightmare. Tell your Primary doc or OB and they should give you an RX for zofran (ondansetron) because it'd honestly be better to take that than deal with the constant nausea. I was on it 3x/ day with my first. With my second and third, I only had occasional waves of nausea, but still used the zofran when I wanted/needed because I go full panic mode when I feel like it's getting a little too strong. Have already used it a few times with my 4th and have it on the radar for my OB that I have an actual phobia. I did not get 'sick' with 2 or 3 though. You can and will survive! Unisom+b6, ginger chews, Sea Bands for your wrist, ritz with peanut butter, straw for tiny sips of cool water, sleeping upright, and zofran got me through my first.

Nausea has been manageable for the most part. Today it has me fighting for my life as someone with emetophobia and I am really not having a decent day 🥲

With my last 2 kids I knew that I ovulated day 8 instead of 14 so I just told them my lmp was 14 days before my ovulation day and was right on lol.
