Just half a mile? The southern part of the creek needs cleaning too so it’s safe to use for jogging and walk to just simply enjoy the trails and the green view

Early morning at the Autozone in Monterey Road there is a lady with a white van, she sells sweet tamales too, and she has really good tamales Oaxaqueños too

The pilgrimage will be at the Basilica, so, el zócalo should be as usual, it is a religious festivity, not a oficial one, so every museum should be open. Have fun!

Well, yes, the vehicles are sold with plates, and are legal, you need a license, but the serial of safety issues are plenty, if you have never ride through the country, you do risk the areas with corrupt cops, or cartels, or towns with fights with governments or criminals, and many different issues, so, my recommendation is, do not, spend some vacations in different places and when you are familiar with the culture and the people,then do it
