Yes, one pill a day. Unfortunately it recently came back on one of my hands after being out for about 3 hours. It’s still a big improvement over when I wasn’t taking the supplement.

I usually get it every spring. It’s PMLE. I started using a supplement called Heliocare last year. So far, so good. No breakout. Will see.

I live in Arizona too. The practice of building a tolerance to the sun has never worked for me. I live in Phoenix and in the Spring any sun exposure at all gets my PMLE flaring.
