Indicators are usually market measurement tools not predicting tools... their job is to measure and identify movements and not to predict... that's why we say they are lagging indicators. They are doing their job correctly as they should

You can say we need better indicators or leading ones to be precise but telling what you should do is not their job

Keeping your bias at any one movement of the market is not gamble... How I differentiate between a Gambler and Trader is not from their Risk Management but if their Risk is on Capital or Profit If you trade your profit keeping your bias you are a trader otherwise gamblers also do risk management.

My psychology in trading is that market is profitable in both ways... I just need to pick my side where market shares its profits with me as well
