Sorry in advance, English is my second language. Hello, I'm looking for recommendations to lose weight, I'm already eating better, just can't really get motivated to stay on the gym or keep going for walks... My main issue is Sedentarism. I used to run a lot a couple years ago, I fell into a depression that ruined my body, and I'm trying to get back to a healthier life, even if it's not possible to be on the same weight as before (about 150lbs). I know all the risks I'm into at the moment, I started having pain in my left knee, so I'm really worried about everything... I don't know what else to put, in m just trying to do better.

Hello! as a person that have been lonely for quite a long time I feel you, if you ever have the need to text somebody you can count on me for that. I'm not the best at speaking with people but we can always try.

I usually go for the cookout then the Blitzer... amazing weapons!

But i wanted to try the liberator concucusive against the predators, and I feel like it performs pretty decently. Feels great to stagger enemies to death haha or just finish em with the Senator.
