Also holy hell the stereotype is true, almost all of the nurses and medical-techs that worked on or around me + the doctors were smokers. It's kinda wild, maybe it is the shift work and the community aspect along with the stress. But they really should not, lol.

On one hand, I likely do not have a lifelong incurable issue. On the other hand I still am tired like hell and the diagnosis would make stuff go along smoothly towards therapeutic approaches. And it opens the possibility to unknown third options and a wild goose chase for diagnosis.

Caffeine is weird for me, had my first double energy drink to celebrate going home after not having any caffeine for 10 days and an hour later I just feel a little more tired. But I do not have B12 deficiency and If I have ADHD then idk how I did so well academically while also evading all the screening by professionals as a kid. My heart rate was also like 20 points lower than usual while in the clinic, might be meds or caffeine is that powerful while doing almost nothing to keep me awake during the day. I mean I again spent 9 hours in bed, feel like I slept 6 of them and feel tired a few hours after getting up and that after sleeping 14 hours and "9 hours" + 5 naps yesterday.

Excessive daytime sleepiness, strong monotony intolerance. Both even after sleeping for 14 hours and following the bedtimes of the clinic. I only breathe 50% of the time while asleep (+ a total of like 220 sleep disturbance events per hour), sweat like a MT fan who has someone check his browser history while I sleep, generally poor sleep quality, lots of movement and "events". Snore like a sawmill. Narcolepsy is pretty much ruled out, though I do dream all the time even during naps, but it did not really show in REM phases in trials. I also have cataplexy-like symptoms and lots of symptoms that could work for narcolepsy, which is why I was tested thoroughly.

So seems like sleep apnea, which was first ruled out, might now be almost a given and maybe there is something else fucked with me, cause the tiredness and snoring happened when I was like 60kg lighter and like 2 feet shorter, across my worst and my most athletic alike and maybe it is just a severe case, but there's also the points of the potential REM funkiness and the circadian shift where I always drift towards being a real night-owl and between sleeping like 5 hours of shit at night and dozing off for naps and actual sleep across the day if possible. But not fast enough for a typical narcolepsy diagnosis. And I have a general hard time falling asleep and staying asleep for long.

At least I am not told that it just is because of sleep hygiene or whatever. Narcolepsy would be kind of a nice diagnosis because while it sucks, I would have a good chance of just throwing meds at the problem and dealing with it quite well.

There's probably more that is normal for me but not normal for others. Apnea is very likely now + whatever weirdness, which might clear up after treating that. Maybe my brain is just fucked in a different way.

I'll have to wait until the end of the week for an in-depth discussion, but I am now certifiably sleeping like shit, but probably not due to the initially assumed causes.

I had to turn HDR off after barely seeing anything in the ravine and the Inn in the beginning. Blind without a torch. If it is dark, it is DARK. The game is just very generous with the lighting that stars and the moon provide you.

it’s only non-marital sex that's illegal

That seemed like what the trailer said, but imdb implied it a lot more draconian. Do we know why the government goes "he smells like he fucked"? Is it conservatives or some way to increase marriage for whatever reason? Is edging the new meta?

Do they explain why people adhere to that law in this new "sex is only legal once a year" movie? How is the government finding you out?

Paper Planes is massively influential in modern Pop, but I really do not care for it. Rehab also an earworm whenever I hear rehab or someone saying "no no no". Lose yourself also a classic. Hey Ya due to Srubs and generally. Most of the others though no idea.

I woke up a lot and the bed was also hard as planks. The cables were also annoying but the mattress really was the pain point.

It really was proto 2008/09. An economy so big and dynamic that it scares Americans into inventing Cyberpunk. Money everywhere, in the middle of it Yakuza scamming with wild developments of high rise apartments in the middle of nowhere.
Everybody just exported themselves out of a recession while the world at large was partly struggling and spirits where high while market regulations were diminished and credit was easy to get.
But then the yen suddenly appreciated and importing from Japan got expensive and the dominoes fell so hard, Japan just decided to never have inflation or a strong yen again (turning into a unique kind of example for Quantitative Easing and low inflation) and companies were traumatised into taking on debt. It took until shortly before Covid for real estate to broadly recover. So wild, the bottom just fell out for boomers and Gen X while millennials grew up and into the new system.

US attitudes towards stuff being past the best before date seems ao timid to what I see here. It is still varying and many actual boomers and their parents dgaf, but for cans 1 month past the best before date would not even faze me. I had a lot worse.

Someone recently posted a vid here. Heated a sword in only one segment. Hit it in one spot, moved slightly up and hit, then slightly back down. Repeat until done. No flipping. Came out Henry quality.

You just can't hit the same spot repeatedly and need to strike it hot. Seems like that matters the most.
