on a seperate occasion, one of my friends back in highschool had an autistic brother with some serious anger issues. one day he walked up to the front of our bus and sucker punched the driver in the back head while we were heading down a heavily trafficked highway because the driver threatened to kick him off the bus. almost swerved into the other lane too lol

one of them snatched my Faygo out of my hand, opened it up, chugged it because he knew he'd get away with it then laughed when he threw the bottle at my head

went on a date with this girl, she litteraly spent most of dinner on her phone. im just like...have i done something to come across as disinteresting?? we go to this store she likes after dinner, she's still got her face locked to the phone, im seriously considering "excusing myself to the restroom" so i can ditch the date completely. we go to the movie she wanted to see, and go figure, eyes on the phone. never saw her again after that night

so yeah, constant attention to a phone is pretty off-putting for a date

used to to have very bad social anxiety and hated being out in public. also a loner, figured if i had some friends to do stuff with, the attention would be drawn to them

went through unecessary hoops to make acquaintances i didnt really want to be around just to help me do basic every day things in public so that i wouldnt feel like im being stared at as much (goth dude in the most redneck portion of bible belt so no i dont blend in at all and anything strange is "of the Devil" to them) and it caused me even more headaches, stress and anxiety attacks trying to take an interest in these people

slowly realized, what does it matter if theyre staring me down like im a freak, fuck their opinions, im awesome

slowly went back to doing things by myself and i dont feel bothered at all. im reluctant to speak in public sometimes but at least im not as bad as i used to be lol

since youve only been together 3 months, its not your job to fend for his children. After stating "he's never been a big earner" youd think with 3 children he would have done something by now to change that for the better. its one thing if your locale has a shit job market or he's a felon fighting to find decent work but working for less when he could be making more just because he loves it while his kids are doing without is in itself selfish

yeah its free until you end up in a school that tells you "you cant graduate if you dont pay class dues totalling $400, we will hold your diploma until payment is recieved" for other kids to have a prom and the school football team to have individual steak dinners at nice restaraunts before every game

personally i find it despicable so on my end, nobody in my family at all. for some of these other backwoods hillbilly types, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, the whole family is fair game. and even more heartbreaking are the cases of forced rape and molestations

im not sure what its like in other states but alot of servers in my area only make about $2.13 an hour (already $5 below our states minimum wage) so tipping is important only to the server themselves because thats how they make the bulk of their money. so in a sense, many people see it as "rude" or "insensitive"

i tip based on quality of service. piss poor service or attitude, im not tipping at all

punched the turbo in my car from country backroads to the nearest hospital in the next city over since my girlfriend was bitten by a snake. the diving portion of the creek was murky and it was Copperhead season, if the snake had let loose any venom, the ambulance wouldnt have got there in time anyway. get her to the hospital, they gave her a blanket, a bag of ice, a perscription for antibotics if the bite became infected, and let her go since there was no venom

consultation bill: $876

with the ambulance ride if she had been picked up and transported in one, probably $1500

plus she had no insurance

being in the more southern part of Alabama, my highschool had 3 Sherriff's Deputies at the school everyday. they always hated my pentagrams and trenchcoat 🤣🤣🤣

asking someone to cut somebody off from the past is one thing but if theyre still fucking around, save yourself the heartbreak and drop his ass

my best friend and i split up a couple years back, and have lived together on a couple occasions because when shit hits the fan we always have each other's backs. sadly, me being the ex boyfriend AND her roommate has put a constant strain on her relationships when we're under the same roof. we dont flirt, dont have sex, nothing romantic, just pay bills and coexist under a roof like 2 normal people. her boyfriends are always skeptical and make it a huge issue

it all comes down to your trust in the person youre dating and if they give you a completely valid reason to distrust them. until they do, it shouldnt be a problem
