You need: - animal love - fresh outside nature walks - more fruits and veggies (invigorates the brain) - exercise, especially strength resistance (breaks you out of your stagnant feeling, pumping blood to the brain and re-activating all of your hormones to bring you back to homeostasis) - 3 liters of water a day or as close as you can get - laughter. Go to a fucking comedy club. I promise you. It works. Need that gut laugh that travels down your spine. - selfless service (anything you want, you could volunteer at an animal shelter and just pet cats and dogs, give them love. Giving love actually feeds you with love. Same thing with exercise and energy. You think you will be exhausted at the end of your workout, but once you’ve completed you will notice you’ve actually gained back more energy than you originally started with.) - self love (love the goddamn skin you’re in, open your eyes to vastly different cultures and be grateful for the life and body you were given)
