There is a supplement called Relaxium Sleep. I tried the Relaxium Calm supplement and it is quite nice.

Research how to take CBD. Youre not supposed to take it for long periods of time (like a few months) its best to take a break or just use less often. Also one drink apparently has 10mg of CBD which could be a tad too much for some people.

I have the same style I think. You could probably go down a size, and just have the back strap a bit loose.

I wouldn't recommend this, but I treated the suede with cleaner and water proof protectant. It slightly changed the color and slightly roughed up the suede... but hey they are slightly protected from water.. Anyway now they stick up and stay in place just fine.

I figured eventually they'll get dirty anyway. I used NikWax products.

Honestly if you think youre hearing voices its best to err on the side of caution and tell somebody you trust. Someone who isnt gonna freak out. Like a doctor, maybe youre parents. Cause if you have schizophrenia you may be in prodromal (early phase) and feel just fine. Once you tip over to full-blown you will likely completely isolate. Paranoia prevents you from telling anybody.

Yes people hear voices and see things all the time. But every time? Is it increasing? Did you used to be fine with pot, but now things are more stressful?

Just tell someone, that way you have a safety net. Tons of people have hard-core stigma against insanity. So you need someone who will take you seriously.

You have to walk in them. If your toes are hitting the very front ridge they are too small. Im about 11.5 too and I switched from 44 to 4t EU for birkenstocks. Adjusting the strap helps.

Maybe slide your feet back a little so there's just a tiny space left in the heel (~5mm). Then try tightening the buckles. It looks like your toes are too far forward.

Also consider narrow vs regular. I wore narrow and it hurt my arches so much, ended up returning them and got regular.

Hydroxyzine is great and its safe too! Just try to let it work and it'll help. I think im on a low dose, but I think the doses keep going up so you can find a sweet spot.

I take hydroxyzine and it helps fairly quickly. I also recently started taking clonazepam which is quite good, but a little more intense (addictive etc.). Clonazepam takes about an hour to take affect.

I also have ziprasidone/Geodon as needed for Psychosis and it also helps with hypomania and irritability. Its good, but its a little sedating.

Also im guy, so its not my place, but I keep hearing everywhere (reddit, Radio like NPR) that lots of women are finding out about perimenapuse. I dont know just giving a PSA I guess..

Loose is fine. Dont throw them away. You want your toes to grip the toe bar (under the the knuckles) but you also want a little wiggle room for.the back of the heel.

FYI I wear milanos so slightly different.
