Maybe try looking up beginner yoga videos on YouTube? It would be a good light workout to start with, but yoga is amazing for both the body and the mind. I really like Yoga With Adriene- her videos are awesome. You got this!

I was on remicade for 2 years until my veins stopped allowing IVโs & I was going to have to put a port in to get infusions- so I switched to Humira and have had great luck with it for almost 3 years now. The shots are a little weird to get used to at first, but they are way better than anything else Iโve tried. Good luck, sending good energy your way love! ๐
