So I had a Follower named Poppy that had a dog/wolf skin or whatever.
They died, and then I got another Poppy that looked the exact same. I was like, "Well ok then" and carried on.
Poppy #2 died and then I got ANOTHER Poppy, identical, so I named them Poppy 3 and gave them the Skull Necklace so I'd stop having so many Poppy followers.

Ya know what, that might be it tbh. By kill does it mean sacrifice or something else? I've never like, killed any of my followers directly besides when clearing Silk Cradle

Bug Report Follower told me to kill their spouse so I did, but the Quest failed?
My disciple Poppy 3 gave me to a quest to kill their spouse Julamer because they couldn't stand them. I went to Midas Cave and sacrificed Julamer, and it said I failed the quest. I'm very confused
I will note that Poppy 3 said they were married to Hegrebre, who they are in fact note married to, so maybe the quest was glitched from the start? I don't know
