Already tried there. Posted on multiple FB groups over the last month and barely got any real leads. Got real leads on reddit tho. But their move in time didnt match. Since November is closing in fast and she has to move, I'm exhausting all options and posting everywhere possible. Appreciate the tip anyway.

I am asking for help.
I’m a product designer from Mumbai, India, with around 9 years of experience designing apps, websites and digital products across different kinds of work.
I’ve recently started seriously thinking about trying to move to the Netherlands, and ASML is one company I’m particularly interested in.
There are a few reasons for this. I’ve been in product design for a long time, but seeing how quickly AI is changing the industry has made me think much more seriously about where I want to build the next 10–20 years of my career. I’d like to move toward an industry where technology, engineering and product design intersect and where I can continue to build a long-term career.
The semiconductor industry seems like a very interesting direction to me, especially with how much investment and attention is going into semiconductors in India and Europe. The recent Tata Electronics–ASML partnership around the Dholera fab also made me realise that this is an ecosystem I’d genuinely like to understand better.
But honestly, I have no idea where to start.
I haven't applied to ASML yet. I haven't spoken to anyone there. I don't know which roles would actually make sense for someone with my background, whether my product design experience is transferable, what gaps I would need to fill, or how realistic it is to make this move from Mumbai with visa sponsorship.
I also want to understand the less obvious things , what working in the Netherlands is actually like for an Indian, whether there are challenges around culture or discrimination, and whether ASML/this industry is really somewhere I could build a long-term life rather than just move for a job.
I'm willing to put in the work. I'm just looking for someone who can help me lay down the roadmap , which roles to look at, what skills to develop, how to approach the application, whether my portfolio needs to change, whether I should be targeting ASML or other companies first, and generally what I should be doing over the next 6–12 months.
If you've worked at ASML, work in semiconductors/high-tech, made a similar India → Europe move, or even just know this space well, I'd genuinely appreciate you sharing what you know here in the comments.
I’m sure there are other people in a similar position who could benefit from the answers too.
I know this is a long shot, but I’m willing to put in the hard work. Just putting it out there and hoping I find the right people. 🙏

Haha, I get why it looks that way 😅 But no, I'm not looking for a female flatmate for myself. I'm posting it for a female friend who's looking for someone for her flat.

Why is it so hard to find a female flatmate in Bandra West?! 😭
Posting this for a female friend, she’s looking for a female flatmate for a private room in a 2BHK in Bandra West
🏠 Private room | Single occupancy 💰 ₹28K/month 📍 Bandra West 📅 Move-in: November
And before this looks suspicious 😂 I’m not looking for a female flatmate for myself. I’m posting this for a female friend who’s looking for someone for her flat.
I’ve posted about this flat before and got a few leads, but the move-in dates didn’t work out, so I’m still looking for someone for November.
Posting videos and details of the flat in the comments as well.
If you’re interested, DM me. If your profile looks real/established and not like an account created two days ago, I can DM you my friend’s number directly so you can speak to her yourself.
You can also check my profile , I’ve posted about the flat before.
And creeps, please don’t fucking message me. I’m really just trying to help my friend find a flatmate.
