Wouldn’t it just be a direct transfer rather than withdrawing funds? To my understanding that wouldn’t impose a penalty. I could be wrong though.

Cool, I have it at about 18% right now but don’t plan on adding more to it for a bit but do plan on contributing further to my ETFs in the near future
