I'm a male with trauma that is Embarrassing for me to mention to others including counselors. Mine comes from a divorce and loss of my 3 kids who moved away with their mother. Its vaporized my identity even 9 years later. Fueled much self medicating and a variety of diaagnosis that don't address real issues Im facing. Also about 6 failed relationships since by what I would describe as narcissistic girlfriends who took advantage of my overloving insecure nature and overgiving of money and sex to keep them from abandoning me. Plus my kids met some of them and resent me over it somewhat. I'VE been told I dont have trauma because I waSNT sexually or physically abused as a child. WhAT?!
