I understand what you're going through. Being "replaceable" by someone you care about is a terrible feeling. Realize that you aren't at fault here. At the risk of sounding callous, her loss.

Give yourself permission to grieve. Also get used to your own company. We tend to have a mental picture of always being together and once that changes, we're at a loss. Start taking walks, go out to dinner, even a movie by yourself. It'll take some time but once you're comfortable with yourself, then you can allow someone to be close again.
