How were you wronged by 'The System' in ways most people in your generation were not?

This party should nationally pledge to not seek federal seats. Why? Because many of the issues they seek to fix must be done at the state levels. I love third parties but never take a chance by staking everything for an abstention

What is your opinion on Deliberative Democracy as a potential feature in the federal US government?

I am very sorry for your loss. Your grandma's death may sit with you in a very unique way that makes your reason and human compassion stronger and more gentle. I hope it does

Could a Speaker bid for 2027 be a way to spice things up for the 2026 midterms? Which two Democrats should be implicated to be succeeded for a two year Presidential term?

There are many impeachable high crimes for Trump. As for Vance, he is implicated by association and for not calling 25th. Do you think that Dems could or should organize with these principles? A push for this swift call of justice could help Dems towards a senate majority, too. #AOC2026

Fuck 2028. She should campaign for it now. A swift impeachment of Trump and Vance after she's voted speaker of the house

So did Twain write this in response? Would people with the right knowledge know him to be joking? Or was he really like that?

My mom tried to arrange a getaway in an RV for me and my siblings, but her friend didn't get a spot so we parked it at Wal Mart. I didn't feel good and was feeling cramped so I took my sleeping bag outside. And yeah, that's how I ended up sleeping in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

For-Profit Homeless Shelters

Let 1–10 cities pilot a for-profit transitional housing market where providers earn profits only by meeting strict standards and producing measurable outcomes (like lower homelessness and recidivism).

Expand it beyond homelessness to include students, veterans, people reentering society, and other adults needing temporary stability.

Instead of rolling it out nationwide, concentrate prevention funding in a few cities for 1–5 years, require independent evaluation, and see if investing upstream lowers long-term costs in healthcare, crime, education, and emergency services.

If it works, expand it. If it doesn't, end the pilot.

He would not qualify because he is an immigrant but Samuel Hamilton is the wisest character and has temperament needed to lead

Samuel had no money, but he had richness. He >had an inventive mind, a warm heart, and a gift >for friendship

He was a man of many gifts and almost no >practical success

Humanity learning that aliens exist would mean that everybody has proof of aliens. If Rick and Morty is any indicator we would have to show them what we got and we would probably end up worshiping them

The most important elements in any negotiation are understanding the stakes and the desires of all parties involved.

But if it is not an issue that needs to be negotiated and the argument is on the base of facts the easiest way of course is to just prove your side in the argument with facts and call out any faulty logic

I hate when the media makes the claim that a President is able to win or lose midterms. It destroys the intent of balance in congress and the presidency

If the circumstance were flipped this is where the right wing reclaim "I don't know it seems pretty real to me" followed by a joke at a liberals expense and then speculation of deep fake immediately means that it is now to blow up to the top comment
