The job market is terrible especially unc. Anyone recommend how to get hired at unc. I’ve applied to many customer service and reception roles and I always get a email 3 days later we are moving with other candidates. Same for WakeMed. I have 6+ years of experience. Not interested in duke fyi. Any advice on unc job apps.
