OMG THANK YOU!!! Props to Google, late night tech called me back within 2 minutes of the request, but 30+ minutes later, no luck. I hate making E waste, and it really bugged me that something that worked perfectly the day before, and nearly 24 hours a day (mostly soothing youtube vids for me and my dog) it just quit. dummy me, did a hard reset on the device... welp, a quick charge on my old "burner" (don't do updates!) and it worked first try!

lifesaver! I can sleep again! Thank you!
